Conducted multiple requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders to identify business goals and needs.
The insights gained from the requirement gathering session enabled the development of a UX roadmap and strategy that effectively aligns with the objectives of the business and user goals.

Synthesised a user personas from the insights gained by interacting with key stakeholders.

Created the information architecture to get an overall understanding of the application functionality and visualise user navigation, decide and prioritise the content the user needs to support their goals.

Style Guide and Component Library
Created a style guide and component library at the client's request, as they decided not to utilise their existing design system and desired to explore alternative visual approaches, including the use of a primary colour scheme using green.
